XW-DC-01 photoelectric leakage detection sensor, by applying all-sealed structure, ensures its high precision and reliability. The product has the characteristics of high sensitivity, rapid response, easy to use, easy to install, etc. XW-DC-01 is suitable for data center, IDC room, communication base station, workshop, hotel, warehouse, oil storage and other places that need leakage monitoring.

 

Product Features

Most components in XW-DC-01 sensors are imported components, which can not only ensure high sensitivity during detection, but also reduce false alarm caused by various external factors.

XW-DC-01 has 1 group of leakage alarm relay.

The sensor adopts explosion-proof design and can be installed and used in places with explosion-proof requirements, such as gas station, oil depot, dust concentration space, etc.

By applying photoelectric detection principle, the sensor escapes strong light interference.

The probe adopts corrosion-resistant spherical protective cover to extend its service life.

By using screw fixing and positioning holes, the three holes installation make the sensor firmly and reliably install.When leakage occurs, relay works.After trouble shooting, the sensor will automatically reset and return to normal state without manual operation

System Description

 

Xiangwei leakage location system including: sensor,  outgoing line, other assemblies, etc.

According to relay output signal, XW-DC-01 can control peripheral devices such as audible and visual alarm, phone dialer, switch value acquisition module, short message module, etc. 


Installation condition

 

Please install the sensor on a firm floor or sink, and avoid high temperature, high humidity, vibration, corrosive gas environment and other electronic noise interference sources. XW-DC-01 sensor is installed with screw fixing locating hole. Please connect the wires when the sensor power is off



Important:The XW-DC-01 is an electronic unit. Take the following precautions to avoid damage to electronic components:

Handle with care and avoid mechanical shock and impact. (Do not change the original structure)

Keep dry. (Do not touch it with a wet hand). During regular inspection and maintenance, please avoid using organic solvent and wipe with dry cotton yarn.

Check the power related voltage and controller related voltage before installation.

Check the related load.

Avoid exposure to static electricity by touching a nearby piece of grounded equipment or water pipe prior to handling the XW-DC-01.

Avoid contact with metal filings, grease, pipe dope and other contaminants.


Red wire

Connect the red wire to positive pole of the power supply (+).

Black wire

Connect the black wire to negative pole of the power supply (-).

Yellow wire

Connect the yellow wire to common terminal of the dry contact.

Green wire

Connect the green wire to open terminal of the dry contact.



Debugging Instruction

After all the wire connections, user can follow below to do the debugging test.

eq \o\ac(,1)1When the controller is powered on, set the gear of the multimeter to the beep position. The yellow and green wires are in the disconnect state. If they are in the closed state, it may be due to the device abnormality, etc., please contact our company.

eq \o\ac(,2)2Fetch a little bit tap water and submerge the sensor probe protective cover in the water. After 1 second, the relay works. The yellow and green wires are connected. Wipe off the water on the sensing cable and reset the relay. And the yellow green line is disconnected
